The coop team made the whole process stress free and guided us along the way. They treated us like friends and shown remarkable care and support and looked after my mum as if she was theirs before the funeral and when getting her ashes. They have said they are always there if we need them for a cup of tea and a chat which I thought was lovely.

Stuart and Sarah looked after Mum's funeral arrangements and did an excellent job, they communicated very well and took time to explain everything.
