Very caring staff. Mum’s funeral was paid via a funeral plan, everything went smoothly and her wishes were met.  My only concern was the celebrant who only contacted me via phone once, didn’t seem very compassionate or helpful therefore I made a complaint to Louise and Mark who have dealt with the matter promptly.

Made one of the worst experiences into something that leaves me with happy memories. Nothing was too much trouble.  Every little detail was sorted.  Very professional but with a genuine human touch.

The service was amazing from start to finish.Sophie and Elaine were so caring and compationate whenever I telephoned or visited them. Sian also deserves a special mention. I was unsure about whether to visit my mum at the funeral parlour but following my brother and my sons visits I did. My mum Audrey looked really good and at peace. Would highly recommend this service xx

The team were amazing from the first phone call I made to the organisation and the day of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for us as a family. We were all hugely grateful to the team for making the day a wonderful tribute and supporting us throughout. Highly recommend.

The care and compassion shown by the staff, especially Sophie and Louise was outstanding. They really helped our family so much during this very difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and they ensured my mum was treated with dignity at all times.

R McDougall (Co-op) really looked after our family well, there was nothing I could fault. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful, adding personal touches that made the service beautiful. My dad was cared for perfectly until the end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The services overall were excellent - would highly recommend them. Everything was perfect at the church and the crematorium - special mention for Sophie. She made the difficult process so much easier with her friendly and caring attention.

I was shocked to see the style and poor quality of the gown that was put on my late husband, plus I asked for a blue satin lined coffin and it was done in white. Photos of gowns should be available.

The care we received for my dad was excellent, Joan was so kind to us as a family and so respectful towards my dad. Sian the funeral director was very caring and respectful in the way she conducted herself. My dad could not have been more looked after any better and I thank you from the bottom of my heart xx
