At such an upsetting time when you lose a loved one, you want the people you deal with to arrange your loved one’s funeral to be kind, sensitive and personal to you as a family. Louise, Chris and Pam all had such qualities and guided us seamlessly but sensitively through the whole process as I’d never had to arrange a funeral before. Louise even went the extra mile by sourcing a similar coffin elsewhere just incase the one we’d chosen couldn’t be made in time, given the Christmas holiday. Pam was very kind when she opened up on Boxing Day for us to visit Colin and Andy was lovely on the actual day of the funeral. All in all, they made a stressful, upsetting period so much easier to bear.

Unfortunately we had to have the coffin changed on the day of the funeral due to the shoddy workmanship of the first one, also there was no nameplate on it, and order of service had to be changed Three times due to mistakes and still final copy had a mistake,yours dissatisfied. Brian.

The whole group who looked after us, gave the caring and consideration these hard times need, Louise was so understanding and excited at our take on how to send my dad off, which spurred me on to do the best I could. Andy, took time to make sure we all had exactly what we needed to give my dad a trip to his service worthy of his life and lifestyle, even if a few holes in the road got in the way, Andy made it work. I couldn't thank you enough. Fabulous all the way xxx
