I had a great experience with RSJ funeral directors when planning a funeral for a lady I support. Everything was explained to me and nothing was ever too much to ask, all of the staff were really friendly and supportive.

We received nothing but kindness and courtesy from Shannon & Joan throughout the process with each stage explained clearly and sympathetically. They went out of their way so we could see our mum on Mother’s Day in the chapel of rest. Richard and the drivers were courteous and helpful. Thanks to Richard & Shannon we were able to laid our mum to rest with dignity

I knew my dad was in the best hands, when Ritchie could still remember the events of my dad's brother's funeral back in 1972 and their dads funeral in 1979. Very professional yet understanding and accommodating. The funeral home is beautiful, and the level and delivery of services, from the first consultation to the funeral, was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Shannon took care of the whole process for our family and organised the whole funeral with short notice due to a family member needing to fly back to America, she kept me informed of the whole process and on the day of the service everything went smooth and both Richard Snr & Jnr made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Richard and Shannon Jenkins are excellent at their roles and give guidance throughout what is for all of us a difficult process. At every stage we as a family felt supported and able to ask any question, knowing we would receive clear and thoughtful advice as to what would be the best approach for us. On the day, everything ran smoothly and professionally, whilst I was personally grateful for tips and advice throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their caring and responsible services.

Shannon and all the guys at RSJ on Allerton road are some of the most caring and compassionate people you will meet. The whole team make such a difficult and bewildering time in your life a whole lot easier to navigate with their kindness, knowledge, guidance and professionalism. Myself and and the rest of my family would never recommend any other than RSJ to take care of you, your family, and more importantly your loved one. I don’t even know where to began or how to say thank you to both Richard and Shannon. They made such a difficult time a little easier for us and made sure we wasn’t overwhelmed with things to do.
