Nothing is too much for this family run funeral directors they go the extra mile. They made me feel that my wife had been part of their family and I am grateful for their empathy politeness and professionalism throughout the whole procedure. The standards set  are very high from Shannon and Ritchie through the whole staff down to the drivers on the day who made an excellent impression on my family and other mourners. 
I thank them for ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently on the day. 
I have no hesitation in recommending their services for anyone unfortunate enough to need them.

The service and organisation by Shannon was excellent . She was empathetic , organised and responsive with the arrangement process and the funeral premises were immaculate.We could visit on request and my Mother was presented in a dignified way. The funeral day went smoothly with respectful staff who ensured the day ran to schedule .
 The experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them . We felt very supported and not inhibited to ask any questions . Our queries were responded to immediately which put our minds at rest . We were satisfied that Mum had a peaceful resting place after she passed away and are truly grateful with the help that the Jenkins establishment provided.

I chose Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors after reading the reviews and the service from first to last was outstanding. I cannot praise their supportive and understanding team enough. Shannon guided me through every stage so I never got overwhelmed, with Joan's support also really appreciated. This amazing service was complemented by the fantastic work of the celebrant and printer. Everything on the day was sensitively and professionally handled, with all staff very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended.

From the first phone call, to the day of the funeral and after, I could not have asked for more in terms of service and care from Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors. Shannon's practical advice about every detail was excellent. Then the care and presentation of Mum's body was outstanding. She had had a few rough weeks in hospital before passing and we felt when visiting her in the Chapel of Rest that we had got her back to how she looked before. The day of the funeral went seamlessly, Ryan and Richard Jnr managing the whole process. I cant thank them enough for their kindness and consideration and would not hesitate to put my trust in this Family firm in the future. Thank You

Absolutely incredible service from Shannon. She got everything sorted that I wanted, she asked me about things I would never of thought of. Organising a funeral when you’re so devastated is the worst thing to ever have to do but the professionalism of RSJ is second to none. I even managed to carry him with the help and guidance from Richie. Wouldn’t go to anyone else. Amazing they are!
