Shannon and Ritchie went above and beyond to make arranging our mums funeral from start to finish. 
I have never arranged a funeral before and was worried that I didn’t know where to start. 
First meeting with Shannon took all those worries away, she literally helped me arrange everything and gave lots of help and support. 

I can’t thank them enough. 
They made our  mums funeral lovely for us from start to finish.

From the very first phone call Richard was very reassuring and took away any anxiety about the funeral arrangements. Shannon was also so helpful when we met her. Her expert knowledge and advice was invaluable. I would highly recommend RSJ

Richard, Shannon and family represent the very best in their industry. This is a time none of us want to face into, and often are at a loss on the way forward at a very sad time.
They bring an old school calmness and a guiding safe hand, sometimes there is so much to do and so many things to organise, but RSJ sit with you once and then everything falls into place.
RSJ ensure once you're in their hands, you can leave your loved one in their capable hands, they not only ensure your family member is cared for, they take a huge responsibility off your hands and deliver an excellent service.
Thank you team, you have made losing both Mum and Dad in such a short time just a little bit more bearable.

We used R&S Jenkins 2 years ago when my dad died and when my mum died in Oct we went back to them. The service is personal and totally professional. Shannon guided us through everything and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Richard and Shannon Jenkins have arranged funerals for several family members over the years . They recently arranged allt he funeral arrangements for my mum.
            Their professionalism and quality of service is unquestionable.How they value a caring respect towards passed loved ones and also grieving relatives.
     focusing on yours and your passed love ones wishes rather than as the more corporate impersonal funeral companies out there . Shannon , richard and joan went above and beyond to make this upsetting process easy with constant communication and updates . Even reminding me to send pics and order flowers 
           Everything ran smooth and better than I could ever have hoped . Even arranging the celebrant asa murphy who represented the essence of my mum when she was alive with an amazing sensitivity and humour. 
     I would not hesitate to recommend Ric ... hard and shannon jenkins to anybody who has had a loved one pass away and need a personal touch for funeral arrangements .

Shannon made what is a very difficult process that much easier. Mum had specifically requested that her funeral arrangements should be dealt with by Shannon and Richard Jenkins, and now we know why. Nothing was a problem and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both.
