I have never been to this funeral parlour before but would defiantly recommend  it, The minute you enter the building it’s make you feel at ease and calm considering your unset and grieving for the person who as passed away which was my lovely sister Marion mcmillan, The staff our so lovely and can’t do enough for you, I would like to thank Shannon and all there staff for all there help, advice and support from the bottom off my heart, Susan case xx

My husband and I live in London but when he died it was his request that his cremation should take place in his home city of Liverpool. Shannon Jenkins was wonderful throughout. She arranged transfer of his body to their chapel of repose and made all the necessary arrangements with the crematorium, arranging a notice in the Liverpool Echo, booking a minister to lead the service, printing of the service book and flowers. She also helped in choosing a venue for refreshments afterwards. It was lovely to meet her the day before and the team on the day were charming and efficient. Excellent service.

We appreciated the respectful and friendly way in which all your colleagues looked after our Mum and arranged for her funeral to be conducted. Considering the restrictions we feel it was as fitting an occasion as is currently possible given the Covid situation. In addition I'm glad we took up your recommendation for the flowers which were perfect, as were the orders of service - maybe not the most essential parts of the complete funeral arrangements to pick out, but they certainly removed the starkness of the occasion.

Shannon provided a friendly, but professional service whilst arranging the funeral of my husband, Paul. 
They kept me up to date with the restrictions in place because of COVID-19. When I visited the chapel of rest, I was dealt with sympathetically in very tasteful surroundings. Then on the day of the funeral Richard provided a friendly and very respectful service.
