I can not speak highly enough about the service myself and my son received from Shannon and Richard Jenkins. Upon the sudden and tragic loss of my Dear Husband of 53 Years. Shannon is one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. Her help in particular at such a time helped to get us through. As well as being totally professional ,carrying out everything I needed and asked for to be done for my Husband, Shannon and Richard and their son and nephew went above and beyond to comfort and assist my broken hearted son and myself. They helped us more than words can ever say. There is a feeling of warmth and peace around the chapel and everything they do to make the time spent with a loved one peaceful and blessed .  I highly recommend them. I am sure that with so long a time over many decades of taking care of families in times of deep grief  and loss ,their genuine sincerity and wish to ease people  shines through.

Great service . Accommodated us seeing mum one last time, did a fantastic job making her look smart .
Followed up to ensure any doubts about the order of service being as required with the printer also to ensure no worries going into the big day.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the late completion of the order of service. Making amendments and getting it correct the evening before the funeral was very stressful and upsetting.

The quality of the service by Richard @Shannon was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble in ensuring the service was totally centered on making it personal .All the staff where sensitive and respectful throughout.
