Excellent service from start to finish at a very difficult time. Shannon guided us through everything and even when we phoned with what seemed trivial questions to us, she dealt with them professionally and compassionately.

My mum's funeral was absolutely fantastic everyone who attended said everything was beautiful Shannon and Richie and their sons did my mum proud
Everything from helping me to fill in forms to organising flowers 💐 and speaking to the priest and speaking to the printers to doing the order of service everything we have wanted was taken care of by Shannon and Richie and their sons Thank you all so very much for making a sad day into a celebration of my mum's Life 🙏 xxx

I really felt Shannon and the team were very professional throughout this emotional journey we were on. I also feel the service we were offered was excellent, as we were given exactly what we had requested. I would recommend Shannon. Richard and their siblings 100%. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the late completion of the order of service. Making amendments and getting it correct the evening before the funeral was very stressful and upsetting.

What can I say except , excellent service provided by lovely caring people. Wouldnt of trusted anyone else looking after our mum. The premises are beautifully decorated very calming environment. And loved the soft music playing whilst in chapel so comforting. Thank you so much xx

My mum looked beautiful and the service was smooth and as perfect as it could be.

The whole process from start to finish was so professional, caring and I would highly recommend them.

Richard and the family have dealt with several members of my family, always resulting in the right send off for your loved one. They tend to your every need and are very understanding. They are regular in themselves with no airs or graces and make you feel comfortable.

The quality of the service by Richard @Shannon was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble in ensuring the service was totally centered on making it personal .All the staff where sensitive and respectful throughout. Totally professional service that took so much stress out of those final arrangements that feel so challenging at such-and-such a difficult time
