Richard, Shannon and their full team are at the end of the phone from your first contact with them. They treat not only the deceased but the whole family with dignity. Sometimes you feel they are actually part of your family as they are so caring every step of the way. The organisation and timing of the actual funeral is faultless. All I can really say in my opinion is they are the best in Liverpool showing empathy and respect to all of the family.

I will never be able to find words enough to thank Shannon, Richard and the rest of the family for the care, compassion and huge kindness with which they helped me through the most difficult of times.

This was a complex situation involving my husband's sudden death and need for repatriation from abroad. At every stage I felt my hand was safely held as Shannon and Richard guided me through the long, distressing processes with efficiency, professionalism – and always a welcoming smile.

They listened and understood, which meant that every suggestion made, every last detail of the final goodbye, was absolutely what we had wanted.
