Absolutely superb from our first meeting and the funeral. Shannon helped me all way with all the paperwork that needs to be done that you don’t know about. The drivers on the day were very very professional, flexible and approachable. I could not of wanted anything to go better and go smoothly as it did and I thank Shannon and all her staff from the bottom of my heart.

Nothing was a problem and someone was always available to answer any questions. Richard and Barry ensured everything ran smoothly on the day and I know the rest of the team were also involved in some way in looking after Tony. Shannon & the Team were Truly ‘Exceptional’ following my beloved Mother’s sudden & unexpected passing. 

The family & I were made welcome from when we first made contact with RSJ & throughout the whole process. 

The thing that stands out for me is the genuine empathy shown, this along with such professionalism & genuine care. 

Yes the team are experienced & have a job to do, but the way it’s carried out is incredible  & with a personal touch, I cannot praise Shannon & the team enough, I’m well & truly heartbroken but felt compelled to share my  feelings. 

With this service, you are not made to feel like a number but instead a very valued fellow human being. 

My beautiful Mother also spoke very highly of RSJ as they dealt with the passing of her brother last year.

Shannon, thank you for making the most painful period of my life that bit better.

Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors arranged my brothers funeral. They were kind respectful and sympathetic and nothing was too much trouble. Neil Jenkins was the celebrant and he did an excellent job. The day was very sad but made easier by the kindness and efficency of the funeral directors. I cannot recommend them enough.
