Very professional from start to finish, provided a excellent service with compassion through my difficult time.

There was regular communication as it was the Christmas period to, I thought this was fantastic!

We were recommended Jenkins by a friend. Genuinely lovely people who took all the arrangements and details my mum had made for her funeral and made them happen. We met with Shannon and had no idea what to do, she was honest, sincere and very organised. Jenkins took any worry and stress we had about the day away from us so we could focus in saying goodbye to our Mum.

Amazing service from the whole team at RSJ. We as a family was guided through the process every step of the way and our requests was never too much to sort out. Would highly recommend this service as the team make a difficult time easier with their care, compassion and high levels of attention to detail. The chapel of rest and the whole building is decorated to a high standard and this reflects the high standards the team hold when caring for our loved ones. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts as a family for everything you have done for us to ensure our Queen got the send off she deserved.

I have used Richard and Shannon a few times and would not trust anyone else when dealing with our family funerals, they done my 8 year old daughters funeral also, they are very compassionate and the care and attention they give to the deceased person and also the relatives is amazing, they will always do there upmost to give you the funeral you want, they make you feel at ease and help a great deal at such a devastating time, fantastic service.

This is the second funeral that I have been to Richard & Shannon Jenkins for. Every member of the team are kind, professional, patient & understanding. The florist & funeral celebrants that they work with are excellent. When our family has a loss we will go straight to Richard & Shannon as we trust them completely.
