I cannot thank Shannon and Richard enough for their help and professionalism from start to finish. Shannon very quickly understood the type of Funeral we wanted and made a number of helpful suggestions to enable us make decisions on the arrangements. It was especially helpful to be able to telephone and immediately reach Shannon directly. Obviously, the whole process was difficult and emotional, but Shannon and Richard did everything possible to take away the stress and allow the family to focus on the loss of a parent and not have to worry at all about the funeral arrangements. We will be forever grateful to Shannon and Richard for their expertise and professionalism.

Nothing was too much trouble for Shannon and her family, they were incredibly helpful and professional during such a devastating time for us. I had never had to organise a funeral before and didn't know where to start but Shannon guided me through every step of the way, organised most things for me, and made everything as stress free and easy as possible. Their advice and honesty was also very much appreciated. Cannot thank and recommend them enough!

Richie & Shannon are brilliant two young girls planning a funeral and we felt supported every step of the way. Richie dealt with me at the start before my auntie was in their care then Shannon took over afterwards. The whole process was made simple and we were supported so much and always made to feel they were on hand to help even with the simplest of questions. When visiting them all staff we came into contact with were so lovely and just made you feel like you were being genuinely cared about. Richard Jr on the day of the funeral was fantastic he made everything run smoothly accommodated requests and just done everything with empathy. Can’t thank you all enough. We used Jenkins for my mum & nan and because of how Richie & Shannon treated us we had to use RS Jenkins for my auntie because the experience is completely heartbreaking but with the help of these you know everything will be taken care of. From start to finish pure professionals .Shannon just makes you feel relaxed ,she guides you every step of the way and takes the worry out of the whole process ..very caring and in beautiful surroundings.Richard was so helpful on the day,polite and caring .

From start to finish Shannon and Richard could not do enough for us at this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very considerate helpful and most of all ver caring.  They lifted a weight off our shoulders at a sad time. Everything ran very smoothly in our dealings with them. On the day of the funeral the team of drivers were excellent they showed compassion care were polite and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this very professional company to family friends and anyone looking for an excellent traditional family of undertakers.

We would like to say a big thankyou to Richard Shannon Jenkins for all the support and guidance they provided at a very difficult time following our loss. From the minute I walked into their office with my mum I knew we would be looked after. Shannon, Richard and the team are so caring and nothing is too much trouble. Shannon made a difficult time so much more bearable by assisting and guiding us through the process. Shannons knowledge,compassion empathy and warmth is what got our family through, such a lovely lady. On the day of the funeral Richard and his team made sure that the family and cars were sorted in a timely fashion without us feeling rushed. They were so polite and caring with my mum nothing was too much trouble. After my initial meeting with Shannon I knew I was in good hands after the passing of my father. Shannon was not only professional but very personable and she managed to take the weight of the world off my shoulders at a very difficulty time.
Shannon made arrangements for everything and the whole process was handled seamlessly. I was given advice on related matters which again help immensely.

Shannon couldn’t do enough for us from start to finish she made the whole process calm and stress free and I would recommend the company to anyone unfortunately having to go through this process.
