We would like to say a big thankyou to Richard Shannon Jenkins for all the support and guidance they provided at a very difficult time following our loss. From the minute I walked into their office with my mum I knew we would be looked after. Shannon, Richard and the team are so caring and nothing is too much trouble. Shannon made a difficult time so much more bearable by assisting and guiding us through the process. Shannons knowledge,compassion empathy and warmth is what got our family through, such a lovely lady. On the day of the funeral Richard and his team made sure that the family and cars were sorted in a timely fashion without us feeling rushed. They were so polite and caring with my mum nothing was too much trouble. I could write so much more but I think I will just finish by saying You couldn't be in better hands if you are looking for a Funeral Directors & Choose Richard, Shannon & Jenkins Funeral Directors.

After my initial meeting with Shannon I knew I was in good hands after the passing of my father. Shannon was not only professional but very personable and she managed to take the weight of the world off my shoulders at a very difficulty time.
Shannon made arrangements for everything and the whole process was handled seamlessly. I was given advice on related matters which again help immensely.

Shannon provides an exemplary service: her attention to detail, hands on efficiency, kindness and knowledge of her business were of great comfort and reassurance to me. Every detail was taken care of as soon as I asked for it. The staff are all helpful and professional and I was happy with my choice of director. Shannon also recommended the best funeral celebrant I could have hoped to find. Arranging my husband's funeral was the worst thing I have ever done but Jenkins are the gold standard and took a lot of extra worries away. Thank you.
