During the most saddest time of my life, losing my mum. Shannon and Richard took care of everything for me. From the minute I spoke to Shannon at 5.00am just after my dad passed,  I new I had made the right decision to go with Shannon and Richard. I went to see Shannon and told her what I wanted for my dad and I didn’t have to worry about the funeral again, everything was organised by her. Cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. And would highly recommend Richard and Shannon.

Excellent service from start to finish. Shannon made a very stressful time easier. Nothing was too much trouble, the celebrant was lovely, the flowers were beautiful and the gentlemen in the funeral cars were very kind. Shannon arrange everything and we could not have asked for more for our mum. Thank you

I can only speak for myself and my family, but the service we received from RSJ was very professional and understanding in our time of loss. Equally they made it feel personal and caring, not like we were just a business transaction.

Everything was perfect from the start to the finish including our experience in the chapel of rest, the church service and the committal. (Even the double rainbow appearing on the morning of the funeral)

I just lost my mum and my family have always used Richard and Shannon's family. My mum was the most precious mersin to me and I wouldn't trust anyone else. from start to finish they were so profecial and human not cold, always welcoming and prepared my mum exactly the way she looked. On the day all people involved were outstanding and gave my mum exactly what she wanted can't thank them enough I am setting up my plan with then for my funeral
