Excellent service from Sharon, who combines professional thoroughness with empathy and care. Excellent service from Andy and his team for the burial. An error by the graphic designer with the Service booklet caused some stress but this was satisfactorily resolved. An unfortunate, untimely sales pitch by Coop Legal Services also caused some distress.

From the moment that we first made contact with Pearson Collinson, Sharon was empathetic, efficient and reassuring. At our first meeting with her, it became apparent that she was very experienced and knowledgeable. She was skilled in guiding us through the process, and helped us to make choices without imposing her own views. This we very much appreciated and we left the meeting feeling far more confident than we had when we arrived. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for Sharon and we were particularly grateful for her sensitivity when we visited the Chapel of Rest.
On the day of the funeral, Mark ensured that the arrangements went according to plan. Everything was conducted with respect and sensitivity. As a family we are grateful to your team for helping to make our mother's funeral so dignified and memorable.

Sorry, for the late reply but as far as am concerned pearson collinson are the nicest people I ever met, and the ashes man came today from flintshire, all that way they came from, but yeh, my goodness me, again, really nice, salt of the earth people really. it is true that when yeh meet people of this nature yeh feel something that feels really nice. Thank You for making it easier for me and my siblings. You always are in my thoughts.
