Sharon was sensitive, caring, efficient. She wanted to know about my husband and took the time to find out about who he was and what he might have wanted for his funeral. The day went without any issues and the staff at the funeral were professional and caring, guiding us through the day.

What can I write to capture what service myself and family received. I met Vicky with my brother and her support, guidance, direction , care and professionalism were second to none all questions were answered and she gave us so much information. I was so grateful to her at the lowest point of my life. When going to visit my Mum before her funeralVicky took so much time to treat my Mum with such respect she made her look so beautiful her hair was perfect and Mum would have appreciated that.
On the day of the funeral John looked after us. He took charge and directed everything perfectly. My Dad got so upset after the service and John took control and looked after him with no fuss the situation was sorted. John was so supportive I knew we were in good hands  as he was in control of everything treated us with dignity and respect. I can not thank all the people who dealt with us from start to finish of the whole service everyone so kind and respectful they all knew there rolls and they were exceptionally good.

They were efficient and empathetic at such a difficult time. They really smoothed the way and kept in contact throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My sister and I were very impressed with the service we received regarding the funeral of my mother, Agnes Rodenhurst. Vicky was amazing throughout the process. It was a difficult time and Vicky put us at ease and was very conscientious and patient. I was especially impressed with how quickly Vicky was able to provide information and updates to the various aspects of the funeral e.g. the order of service. This enabled us to make sure things were just as we wanted them, without the pressure of worrying about time. The celebrant that Vicky recommended, Carol, was fantastic and Mark was a very calming, reassuring presence at the funeral. Thank you all!

The service we received from the Liverpool Allerton road branch was excellent.
Sharon & John were 100% professional and supportive and gave me time and showed care when I most needed the support. Nothing was too much trouble and the way they spoke and referred to my Dad was so respectfull.
