I have nothing but praise for all the staff at the coop. They looked after my mothers funeral ln Sept 2017 that is why i returned to them for my dad. The girls Jan Clare and Sian were all fantastic. I would recommend the coop to anyone

I would highly recommend Co-op funeral care to anyone. Special mention for Sian who handled the entire process with compassion, empathy and humanity. She went above and beyond for our family, everything was explained and clarified, and every step of the way we were supported- including post funeral check ins. Thank you all for your support.

Unfortunately the funeral that we have just had to arrange was for my Mother, and therefore probably one of the most important things I will ever do. As a result I was very concerned in having to trust someone else to make all the necessary arrangements.
However I need not have worried as from the first time we walked into the door our experience was far better than I had dared hope.
We were fortunate enough to be assigned Sian Jones as Funeral Director and from the very start she was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and I can honestly say that from start to finish I never had a moments concern - which or me is amazing.
From the very first meeting it was obvious that my Mum was as important to Sian as she was to me - and to be honest what more can you say.
Thank you very much to you all and to Sian in particular.

All girls in co_op were absolutely amazing from start to finish made you feel so welcome when you walked in their door spoke to you like they really cared offered you tea or coffee on each visit best girls ever thank you x

I arranged a Direct Cremation for my husband as per his wishes. Everyone I dealt with from the young men who came to collect him, the Funeral Director at the office & staff at the Crematorium when I collected his ashes were respectful, kind & so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommed them.
