My family were so pleased with this Funeral Director when my dad died, we immediately decided to use them for mum’s funeral. They could not have been more helpful, sensitive and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble. Whilst everyone acted with the utmost professionalism, we felt that we were dealing with caring friends. Everything and everyone was handled with the utmost kindness, care and dignity. I could not have asked for more and I know mum would have been pleased and touched. Stephen Dawson

Absolutely the most amazing care from all staff at the co operative funeral directors. From the second my grandad passed away to dropping us off at the wake at the very end everything was handled so gracefully. Even after the funeral was over, all staff, especially jan, Kate, Louise, Sian and John couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for showing my grandad such dignity. As a family, we will never be able to thank you enough.
