From the minute we walked in full of grief not knowing what to do we received a fantastic 5* service by a caring and compassionate staff.
The fabulous Jan was our main contact throughout-100% support. Also I can’t forget the wonderful Sian and Kate. Everything was done for us with total respect for my brother and our wishes. 

All the staff who work in this coop branch are a credit to the company.

I’m so glad I chose Co-operative Funeralcare for my Auntie’s funeral. From the out-of-hours helpline in Manchester to the funeral arranger to the minister they recommended to conduct the funeral, they all could not have been more helpful or more kind. We were able to have exactly what was needed and to our budget too.
