I cannot fault the personnel at Anfield Funeralcare. From the moment we spoke to them they have been wonderful. Jan and Sian attended to our every need. They were professional, efficient and caring. We were given excellent guidance throughout the time my mother in law was at rest. Whenever we phoned to ask a question they were there with advice. The drivers on the day of the funeral were so patient and caring. We would not hesitate in recommending them in future. A fantastic team.

I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they done for us. They helped us in every way possible and nothing was too much trouble. They have so much empathy and compassion during what was such a difficult time for us as a family. They are a credit to themselves and the Company. I am eternally grateful to Co Op handling my dear mother’s funeral recently. From meeting Jan to arrange the funeral who was very warm & approachable. She did everything we asked for and gave advice. Never any pressure even though our bank card was originally rejected. She laughed and put us at ease. Such a lovely woman & then Sian the funeral Director who helped so much and delivered on everything she said. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you want a service that will have empathy, warmth, humour then this is the company. I will book my own funeral plan with co op. 5 star service

Would highly recommend. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every request we made was carried out with dignity and respect. They also made sure that we were kept informed about all the necessary details and guided us through a very difficult time. The staff were excellent, compassionate, caring and supportive.
