The service provided was excellent, all the staff were so helpful whenever we called or droped in, Graham and his staff organised everything and after speaking to Paul the reverend Graham produced a brilliant order of service that was all about mum. Paul who Graham recomended got the service spot on and everyone who attended agreed that it was the best service they had been to because it was all about mum and really portraid that. Thankyou Graham and all your staff, we couldn't have asked for anything better.

Very good briefing by Andrew at the beginning and several useful follow up discussions with him over detail. All worthwhile as the funeral went like clockwork despite half the family getting there just in time.

Everything went well and the recommended hostelry for the post funeral meal was superb.
