The service was excellent the staff were so kind, efficient I would recommend the Co op.The lady we saw Karen in the shop was excellent and made the appointment for my 97 year old mum to be as stress less as it possibly could be.Also.a lady called Pam offered such a professional respectful day and her follow calls were very appriciated.All in all an excelled first class service.Thank you

Everyone at Co-op Funeral care went above and beyond to make sure that every single aspect of my Uncle's Funeral was taken care of , so that he could be laid to rest in accordance with his final wishes.

The Funeral was carried out with the greatest of respect, professionalism, and tradition. From all the Family I would like to thank every single member of staff who was involved in making our Uncle's Funeral as respectful and dignified as it could possible be, in accordance with his final wishes.

The initial contact with Barbara and her staff was outstanding and John and his team on the day of the funeral, we just couldn’t have asked for more.

We,as a family,can't praise the Walton Vale branch highly enough. 5 stars just isn't enough.
From start to finish they were there for us,with support and advice.
Lovely people made an awful time a lot less painful.
Can't find words to explain how good they were.

The service my family received from Pam, Karen and Barbara was excellent. They showed kindness, respect and empathy to not only my family but most importantly to my Dad Mervyn. 
It was noted by family and friends how respectful Pam was at my dads funeral which made a difficult day more bearable. Also the driver of our funeral car was really good with my son aged 8.  Planning the funeral of a loved one is one of the most difficult things to do in life. I could not have asked for anymore than the service we received. I feel that all  members of staff should be recognised for the work they do and I am grateful for having a shoulder to cry on when it was needed.
