I have never organised a funeral before. I arrived from South Africa to arrange my Mom's funeral, and Co-op Funeral Services in Walton Vale were nothing short of amazing. They advised me, guided me, reassured me, and cheered with me when we finally got the paperwork done in the nick of time to prevent postponing the funeral date.
I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Efficient and reliable - but also genuinely caring and supportive.

Pamela & her whole team took such wonderful care of my dad & myself during our whole experience. 
Everything was stress free & I was treated with care and compassion.
On the day of the funeral everything was beautiful , perfect and seamless .
Pam called me the day after to check up on myself & my family and was always available for a chat when I needed it .
I would highly recommend this team of caring professionals to assist you in your time of need x

All the funeral staff from the drivers to Karen and Pam showed us all great respect. They provided an excellent service and supported us all as a family from the planning of our mums funeral to her cremation. As the coroner was involved and there were issues with the medical certificates, it was quite stressful at times, especially as I lived so far away and had to do things remotely and digitally. Karen at Walton Vale was so helpful and supportive during the process, providing a much needed anchor throughout. The prepaid funeral plan was so clear and made things easier so we knew we were giving him the send off he wanted. I happily put complete trust in their organisation and was so pleased with how everything worked out. Sian and Lee were brilliant on the day, so kind and supportive and their appointed celebrant, John Williams, was lovely and impressed all that attended. I can’t praise them enough and highly recommend their services.

From the first visit to the day of the funeral the staff were very helpful. They made everything easy and nothing was a problem making it a stress free time. The day before and on the day of the funeral everything was done professionally and Pam especially was so professional and ensured everything was run smoothly.

Some problems with card machine but this was resolved quickly. Would like some feedback on when I could expect ashes to be delivered from direct cremation.

I would like to congratulate the Co-op Funeralcare for their service that we received for the passing of our mother and her cremation.

The staff, Pamela, Karen and Barbra were helpful, considerate and explained the process in detail. They were always available if we had any issues or questions, can't praise them highly enough.

I would like to give a special mention to Pamela who escorted us on the day of the funeral. Pamela was polite, considerate and done an excellent job.

I would highly recommend Co-op Funeralcare for their service.
