The kindness and the care from John and Christine was excellent. They were very thoughtful the whole time and compassionate.
The only thing which upset us was when my dad in the Hurst went in front of the bagpipes and just drove off and left the two funeral cars and when we got to the end of the road they were nowhere to be seen. We had to phone them to come back and wait for us. That was really upsetting.

Christine couldn’t have been more helpful and really supported my Dad and myself throughout the whole process of arranging my Mums funeral. Can’t recommend Christine at the Co-op highly enough. It’s the little things that really matter during this time and Christine really helped us to make sure we arranged the funeral we wanted for my Mum.

We couldn't have been looked after better. The service we received from start to finish was excellent, with all staff, not only professional, but kind and compassionate. Chris supported us from the start throughout delays and difficult circumstances (and I have to mention Diane from Ambrose Grove
who was also very kind and helpful). Marion's family were all very moved by the service which was dignified and comforting. Our grateful thanks to Mark, Bernie the Minister, and all involved.

Myself and my family were treated with courtesy and compassion by all the Staff at Garston, from start to finish of the arrangements for my late Husband's Funeral. To Christine, John and Mark we are eternally grateful for making it so much easier for us at such a difficult time. I would also like to mention the Celebrant Sharon Morgan who led and conducted such a wonderful service at the Crematorium, her words were so meaningful and so apt for Don. It was the best Celebration of a special man and his love for us, and everyone in his life. A huge heartfelt thank you to all at Co-op Funeral Care,Garston.

We cannot thank them enough, they were wonderful throughout. They arranged everything for us with the greatest of care and empathy, supported us when we were tearful. When the church was presenting with difficulties they dealt with that efficiently taking a lot of stress away from us. On the day of funeral they made sure everything went to our plan and looked after family members with care. The whole process went a long way to supporting my sister and I in our grief.
