I had the co-op funeral care for my husband ,they were very respectful,helpful nothing was too much trouble and all the people who attended my husbands funeral said what a
very respectable company it was w. dry.

Excellent service from  all the team at Crosby branch. Had to deal with the funeral arrangements while abroad.
Andrea was a great help very patient & she dealt with everything through email, from choosing order of service and arranging Celebrant Sharon Morgan, to the finer detail, everything was perfect on the day.
Would definitely reccomend.

Helpful, supportive staff. Good attention to detail.
Sometimes would be more helpful to commumicate via phone rather than email, especially if a document needs to be signed which otherwise needs to be printed off.

We had a funeral plan for my mother, however Andrea at Crosby was amazing answered any of our questions and Andrea also prompted us on items we hadn’t thought about. The professional kind and caring way the Crosby office dealt with my mum and us as a family was reassuring at our difficult time.

The co-op Crosby were absolutely amazing with my husbands funeral from the initial contact and all the help and advice from Andria to the way that John the funeral director looked after me on the day. Andrea had a very calm and caring manner and really went above and beyond to look after me and advise me. John was very dignified and in control of things on the day and I knew I was in safe hands. Can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

As a family we were very happy indeed with the way in which our father's funeral was handled. From our initial enquiries with Andrea in Crosby Co-operative Funeralcare, to the decisions to be made along the way, to the actual running of the day itself, everything was handled so respectfully and sensitively and at our own pace. People and the level of service was excellent, just one complaint, the coffin was not as well made as I thought it would be, got a splinter from rubbing the side and the edging at the top fell of when we tried to lift the lid,the team did come out straight away and fix it to which I'm greatful
