All staff are very knowledgeable,helpful,caring and guide you through everything you need to know about the funeral of your loved one.Sarah explained everything really well and then made arrangements for us and totally kept us up to date. Alex came to our home to explain what would happen on the day and everything went perfectly. They both really helped us cope with saying goodbye to our loved one and I would highly recommend the Co op funeral directors in Formby.

From the planning and the funeral itself was completed with dignity and sympathy. The funeral itself was really lovely, the celebrant did a wonderful job at the Crematorium, although he didn’t know my husband, he had spent a lot of time talking to me and my children so he said the right words to describe my husbands personality.
