Absolutely amazing service. Could not fault any part of the process in arranging our dad’s funeral. A highly skilled and very professional team. Thanks very much to Terri-Ann and Joanne from the Bootle branch and Wendy in Copy Lane. Nothing was too much trouble. The amount of people who commented on not only how our dad was looked after but the courtesy and compassion from every member of the team! I couldn't have chosen a better Funeral Director. Perfect in every way. The girls showed genuine interest, care and empathy, who endeavoured to ensure every preferred wish is attended to. From first point of contact to discussing, arranging a Funeral to the exact preferred detail. The stress and anxiety felt whilst arranging a custom funeral to ensure the perfect farewell for my precious family member was fulfilled. I personally couldn't have asked for more. A very professional service. I just felt blessed to have them take care of my much loved family member.

Under difficult circumstances Terri-Ann and the team made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the arrangements process. Joanne and the drivers looked after us throughout the funeral and we cannot thank them enough for looking after us but more importantly my mum.

From the moment we met Terriann I knew we were in safe hands. She has been lovely and very professional in all our dealings. My Mum looked beautiful when we went to see her you have looked after her so well, thank you. On the day of the funeral Joanne carried on with the same care and comfort, she was so patient and respectful and made the experience so special. I genuinely feel Mum gave us these 2 angels to look after us, they are a credit to this company and we will always recommend you.

We could not fault the kind and sympathetic way in which Debbie Bennetts (and particularly Terriann in the Bootle office) handled my Nan, Mary Clarke's funeral. Terriann was really caring in the planning of rhe funeral and was always so responsive on emails etc. The whole day went perfectly and we are so grateful.

They treated my husband with such respect,and so empathetic and efficient,with my family and myself.
The chapel of rest,has been recently renovated,and you had an option to play some peaceful music in the room,if that's what makes you feel some comfort.
