Overall the service was very good. Airat at the Putney branch was very helpful, understnding and didn't rush. Jonathan the Celebrant was also outstanding hitting the correct tone of the funeral and Roy the Conductor was also faultless. They displayed the flowers on the hearse beautifully as well. They all did their jobs really well and it all come together as you/I hoped it would.
Really can't asked for more than that. Thank you.

I was extremely pleased with the service and advice which I got. Ariat Adelakun in Putney was very helpful, and Roy was also very efficient on the day.

Organising the funeral for a close family member is often an emotional and distressing task.

The team at Co-Op funeral care in Putney made the process as straightforward as possible from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly in the initial introductory meeting, including costs and a variety of options to tailor the funeral to our needs. Prices are reasonable and are lower than other funeral homes nearby.

Thank you to Vaso, Richard and Ginny for your help during this difficult period. We were grateful for all your support, empathy and would not hesitate to recommend Co-Op's services.

Although there was a change in staffing during our booking, we were so impressed with the care and customer service provided by David. He was attentive to our needs, prompt when sharing planning details and very thoughtful during this difficult time.
In the day of the funeral, Sebastian looked after us magnificently and set the perfect time for the service.
Susan, our celebrant who was organised via Co-op Funeralcare, was outstanding. She spent time listening to us describe Mum and her introduction captured Mum perfectly.
All in all, a superb service which meant the funeral was one of celebration of Mum’s life rather than a sombre event.

On the day of the funeral everything ran smoothly ! The hearse the limo the flowers the communication with Ruth fantastic.
The issue I have is with putney funeral care and not be able to contact the office when i needed to ! At a time of bereavement I think it is very important to be able to contact the funeral directors throughout the day , which I wasn't able to on numerous occasions, at that time it was very frustrating especially when I am trying to arrange other things aswell .
When my mum passed co op arrived promptly to take my mother away ,no issue with that , but like I say it was the communication, I hope this will be helpful for the Co op in the future.

The care that was taken in preparing, and undertaking the funeral of Margaret Eileen Woodhouse, was excellent. I cannot praise everyone enough. Fantastic. I would highly recommend co-op funeral care.

The two arrangers Connor and Vaso were respectful, friendly and helpful with a genuine wish to be correct on every detail. On the day Sebastian and Dean were also efficient, courteous , punctual and performed every bit of the funeral with such care. I cannot fault any of them and thank them for making it all smooth and professional.
