Absolutely Amazing the lady at funeral care in Battersea Park Road. Yvonne gave us so much comfort and support in organising my husband Roy's funeral. I was absolutely dreading the meeting to arrange Roy's funeral but this lady was absolutely wonderful from us entering the home till the time we left. Yvonne explained everything right down to the last detail and she gave me so much comfort and reassurance in planning Roy's final journey. Yvonne even called me twice before the funeral to ask me how I was and still giving me comfort by such comforting words which gave me the strength I needed as I had watched over the 6 weeks prior to my husband deteriorating which was breaking my heart. Thankyou Yvonne for making Roy's final journey the best he could of had. You will always be remembered by me and my family. Linda, Marlon and Tracey Anderson xxxxxx

Kind service from Coop funeralcare Battersea.  Yvonne and Immanuel in the branch were lovely, it felt very relaxed and supportive of what we wanted with no pressure. 
The level of consideration and respect shown to the family by Leo in the limousine was outstanding. Thanks for all your help on a sad day.

Co op funeral services battersea helped me alot and with everything from start to finish. Inside the office, via phone, email & especially helpful and communicative at the service. All of this was much appreciated by myself and the family during a difficult time.

Funeral was OK there was a hitch when the minister got my sisters name wrong twice which did not go down well with the family he should have familiarised himself with her name before
