As my brother died in Kensington and asked to be buried in Hastings I had two of your branches involved.
Timothy in Battersea was kindness itself and was a great support.
Jackie at Sidley Funeral Care was also very supportive and assisted me through a difficult situation.
Fiona was also a star and led my brother’s funeral with dignity and  sympathy. Thank you all!

Timothy the funeral director goes above and beyond, he is very easy to talk to and put my mind at ease. He didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t want. The funeral for my husband was flawless, it went ahead smoothly. It was a really nice send off, my husband would have loved it. I recommend the coop at Battersea, Timothy knows exactly what to say in a time when your family are all grieving.

I was extremely satisfied with the excellant service that I received from the Co-op[ funeral service.
The people I spoke with were sensitive as one would expect, however they were also very cooperative & obliging.
I would be quite happy to refer anyone in the future who may wish to use such a service in the future.

From the moment of contact with Timothy at the co op to the end it was very professional  he was very helpful and it wasn’t all gloomy he made it so it was more about my mums life and not about her passing he also wasn’t trying to sell you what you didn’t need .we also had a great celebrant Mandy who listened to what we said about my mum and then wrote a beautiful piece that she read out  in the crematorium. All in all it was a great place to go because they actually  helped us a-lot even the limousine drivers  l would recommend the co op to any one that has lost a love one

Yvonne at the Battersea branch was most helpful in guiding me through the whole process. Despite being very busy, her care and attention to detail meant the funeral for my mother was made to happen with the minimum amount of anxiety. This included her recommendations for a florist and an excellent celebrant.

My wife of 61 years died just after Christmas, and we had no detailed plan . Co-op Funeralcare were nearby and, as a Co-op member of long standing, a first visit to their premises by myself and our younger son was an obvious starting point. This provided all the information we needed to make an assessment and formulate a plan, with confidence that we were in understanding and sympathetic hands. All the arrangements were made with complete satisfaction, help was given with making choices, and every aspect before, during and after the tribute ceremony have been exemplary. The attendees at the private family event were also complimentary in their remarks about how the event had been managed.

My Dad passed away November 2022 and I contacted Co Op funeral to handle the arrangements. From start to finish they were amazing. The first person I spoke with was Yvonne, and she was great. From start to finish she was so helpful and went above and beyond. She was extremely supportive, accommodating all our needs and always made time for us to assist us in whatever we needed. Losing a loved one is so difficult, and stressful to organise a funeral whilst grieving but Yvonne made it all easier and everything run smoothly. From start to the end they were all amazing. Thank you Co-Op and thank you Yvonne. Could not have asked for a better company to make my Dad's funeral special.

From the very first day we went to the funeral parlour and met with the lady Yvonne at the place the way we was treated I knew we had the best place for the funeral of Mr Jacob . We thank every one for the kindness shown to us . Sebastian the driver we thank him for taking us to the church , cemetery and back . Thanks to all very much .

Yvonne was absolutely fantastic with helping me arrange my mothers funeral.
She was so professional and caring. No question or request was too much trouble.
She made the whole process easier.
Darren, the funeral director was also fantastic. He really helped me on the day of the funeral, guiding me all the way and more importantly showing my Mum the respect that she show deserved.
I cannot recommend the team at Battersea highly enough, just the service and help  you need at such a difficult time.

The service i received from your front house team at the funeral director store at Battersea Park Road from Yvonne was excellent. The team who dealt with the actual funeral logistics Leo i would give very good they were attentive, respectful only one minor fault there was no one in the church hall when the service was taking place they missed their cue to remove the coffin lid so guest were waiting for a short period to view my fathers body. I think our service was running slightly a head of time other than that all was ok
