Coop Funeral services at Balham were outstanding.
Jo went beyond with her caring nature and she arranged everything for us making a sad day go by so smoothly and stress free.
Sebastian also went out of his way to help myself and my elderly mother and put us at ease from the moment we met him.
Nicola our Celebrant gave such a lovely service for Eddy. Nicola captured his life perfectly and with such kind, comforting words. 
We would have no hesitation in using Balham Coop Funeral-care again and would highly recommend such an amazing team who showed such kindness and care.

We, as a family found the service to be impeccable from you all.  Jo at Balham, south London, coped with all the siblings in a gracious manner as our wants, emotions and grieving meant that our plans changed from time to time and she met that with fantastic compassion and care.   Also the staff on duty, taking care of mum in the hearse were flawless and incredibly understanding.  They helped to make the day even more memorable with carrying mums coffin through the Cathedral.  This was the gem of the day, incredibly moving.   There are not enough thank's I could utter to begin my gratitude.  Nathalie Scott

This is the second time our family have used the Co Op. 

Going forward for future funerals we would not consider going anywhere else. 

The staff at Balham - Jo and the Director Terry and staff, on the day helped to make a sad circumstances in to a memorable occasion for me and my family. 

I would also like to say that you should seriously think about taking out a Co Op funeral plan because death is a guarantee that no one can avoid and will save lost of heartache. 

Funerals cost a lot of money and this leads to massive stress when you can take out a plan and pay for it monthly. Powell family
