At what is a very difficult & stressful time, the family found the patience, compassion & support provided by Faryn & Stephanie in the office & Jade & her colleagues on the day to be exceptional.
The family & friends also felt that the celebrant, Steve Cheal, provided a really beautiful service for Mum for which we are very grateful.

My lovely father had presented me with his pre-paid funeral plan a few years back at Christmas ! this was painful at the time. However his foresight was spot on, in
a very difficult time of not only my dad's passing but my mum also being very poorly the "co-op" were kind, efficient, patient, kept us up to date, their staff are amazing I would give thanks to all who helped, the day itself was beautiful and touching, the celebrant Vicky amazing to work with to design the ceremony and the funeral director spot on at all times managing folk in a gentle and effective way, and huge thanks too to Debbie who brought it all together. No comments regarding improvement it really could not have been better.

Mums funeral was handled by Debbie who works from the Highams Park office.  She attended to our requests with a very professional &  sympathetic approach.  Nothing was too much trouble for her.  At this sad time I could not properly focus on what was required but she helped our family and guided us all every step of the way.  Dominic was our Funeral Director on the day & I must say Dominic & staff handled everything perfectly.  I cannot thank them all enough for everything they did for us.

One of the staff was so Not empathetic, rude disrespectful and did not listen to any of our wishes.
She made this a harder experience than what it already was. We lost my 26 year old brother in a freak accident and my mother was already distraught and she made her worse. Disgusted by the service will never use the co op again

Excellent service, I can't praise the team enough from the first meeting they gave me all the help I needed arranging the funeral and on the day everything was perfect. In my opinion the funeral could not have gone any better, the organisation by Debbie and her team was excellent the cars were immaculate and Anthony and his team of drivers were very kind and professional on what was a difficult day for us all. The celebrant Vicki done an amazing job at writing out the eulogy and delivered it so well everyone remarked on it after the funeral and several people have asked me for a copy of it as they liked it so much. I am so grateful for their professionalism and effort that they put into the day and they gave my Dad the send off that he deserved and I can't thank them enough. Would recommend them to anyone.

Co-op funeral services provided an excellent service.  Everything went smoothly, staff were courteous and respectful and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is unfortunate to suffer a bereavement in their family.

As I was arranging a burial for the first time, I was not sure what to do and how things would go but I was talked through everything by Debbie and therefore the whole process was pretty pain-free. The Undertaker and Celebrant were both excellent and despite some delays due to the Christmas period, the Pandemic and this generally being a busy time of year, things really couldn't have gone much smoother than they did. I am very grateful to Debbie, Kathy and all the staff connected to the Co-Op Funeral Care in Highams Park.
