The overall service delivery was great. However I felt I had to make a few calls to ensure that everything was progressing as should be. An example was the organist. Although they had it in hand, as a person putting a funeral together for the first time the reassurance was needed.

    I want to say a heartfelt Thank you to you both and your staff for arranging the funeral of Zada James.

    The whole process was handled with the utmost professionalism and you made us feel very much "taken care of" from the start to the finish of the 'arrangements'.

    The service at the Crematorium was warm and thought provoking yet light enough to get us through the service, the words and sentiments 'uplifted' the congregants throughout the day (people were commenting on your words hours after we left the crematorium), Thank you so much.
