I especially found their celebrant Grace excellent, her dedication to finding out and delivering in her script as much detail on my step fathers life was amazing and made the service a memorable one and I thank you for that

I was given kindness and professionalism at all times of contact with Rowland Brothers, after the death of my beloved son.  Whenever I contacted Kelly by phone she always listened patiently, and responded as quickly as possible to my emails.

Adam was laid at the Chapel of Rest in Purley, where I visited him, and was shown the utmost care and compassion at this most distressing time.
I would highly recommend Rowland Brothers to anyone suffering a bereavement.

I was really impressed with the service that Rowland Brother's provided  in these current circumstances for everybody for my late  mother June’s funeral.

It was very professionally handled from the initial phone call to the funeral / cremation itself with a lovely touch of taking my mother past her house for one last time walking slowly down the road tying to give my mother the best send off possible during these heart breaking restrictions for us all.

We couldn't fault Rowlan's brothers .  We were put at ease as soon as we arrived at their Warlingham branch to make the arrangements and  we were guided in our choice all the way without being persuaded into something we didn't want.

Rowlands stressed that this was our occasion and it was tailor-made to our wishes.  A funeral isn't something you arrange very often  and we needed help to make decisions, and boy did we get it!

I cannot stress too highly the warm efficiency of everybody involved  and what could have been an awful day turned out to be a day full of love and a feeling of being taken care of.
Rowlands'  florist made the most beautiful spray for the coffin  and as a family we thoroughly recommend you use them.

Kelly and David gave sympathetic help whenever needed. We understood that we were to have a different Funeral Conductor as David was already engaged but, having met us, David went out of his way to conduct Mum's funeral, and it was like having an old friend there. Very much appreciated. Kelly helped us through all the intricacies of arranging the funeral so that it was what we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. Hope we don't need their services again too soon(!), but we wouldn't hesitate to use Rowland Brothers again.

Both David and Kelly at the Warlingham office were extremely attentive in every detail and Tony Rowland who officiated on the day could not have done more to ensure all the arrangements for the ceremony went according to plan.  Thank you all for your help and support in making a sad occasion more endurable.

Losing someone is a very difficult. So much to do in such a short time when you are grieving. The staff of the Warlingham branch of Rowland Brothers dealt very effectively and sympathetically with all aspects of the funeral and provided extra help that was not really their responsibility but included in their service anyway.
