We as a family, we're very happy with the Co-op in Rosehill. Crystal was very understanding and showed a very caring side, which we appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble for her and kept us updated throughout. My mum was in excellent caring hands, which made our lost a little less painful and stressful. Overall, We were completely happy with the service we received.

Rose hill coop is we’re i started but it was far from my home address so I moved over to Sydenham branch and the move across was seem less both doing there best to keep me informed at every stage. Sarah and the team at Sydenham done the business. So thanks to rosehill and Sydenham for making my father in-laws funeral as good as one can be. CoOp will be my first choice from now. Ecummings

Crystal and the team were very helpful and extremely professional and the celebrant Jay was the perfect person for this service for my Fathers send off. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Planning my aunt’s funeral was very straightforward with good  clear information given. Communication very good before and after the funeral. The celebrant appointed was brilliant, with a warm and personal eulogy given. The funeral director was very compassionate and helpful. I hope I don’t have to call on their services just yet but I will use them again.

It wasn't easy when you go through the process for the first time , giving the information over church etc and nothing was entered on the computer. Nothing booked , the manager thought I was being patient, nooooo I just wanted the whole thing to go smoothly and on top of that , on the day of the funeral while we were waiting , the hearse and 2 cars went straight past the entrance and had to call up , nice man called Chris I think couldn't apologise enough but that hurt. Funerals are not cheap and I didn't get the professional touch . So definitely not impressed. Do you know something? When it's my turn , I will tell the family not to book a coop funeral. I was a d completely stressed out with it all especially when nothing was entered on the PC. You asked for my opinion and I gave it poor. Wish it had been easier to do so I would have given more stars but no I'm sorry . Poor . Anyway take care gerry dunne

Chloe has been very professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable in all her dealings with me regarding my mother's funeral arrangements.
The only outstanding issue I have, is to do with the removal of my father's headstone and surroundings without my permission or knowledge. I'm awaiting an update on this matter.
