Very professional. Funeral couldn't of been any better. Staff were excellent beautiful dressed and caring. If one thing could of made it easier is being able to contact the directors by phone easier. Being directed to head office or voice box full. Able to contact by email with quick response. Thank you for your support and compassion. X

Julia was simply brilliant. She was attentive and responsive to our needs at a very sad time for our family. She helped ensure the funeral was a fitting tribute in remembrance our dad’s life.

The service we received from Julia and the team at Wallington was second to none. The entire process, including a long distance removal were done both compassionately and efficiently. All the details of the funeral were explained thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. The recommendations for a celebrant were excellent and the communication between all parties was fantastic. We as a family would highly recommend.

My Brother and I had never arranged a funeral before and had no idea what to do. Julia at the wallington branch guided us through very carefully at our pace with utmost respect and sensitivity. The team on the day of the funeral were caring and respectful. Throughout the whole process we felt our Mum was in the best hands. We slightly changed our plans the night before and this was happily agreed to by Amy who led the funeral on the day. We were very happy with the coop and would highly recommend .

The cortege, flowers, orders of service and mass cards were all beautiful. The limousine transport and service were all we could have hoped for. The crematorium was perfect for the occasion. I would highly recommend the company.
