Great service at the Sutton branch I called in after trying to do a direct cremation online which wasn’t straight forward or customer friendly, and just wanted the money .The ladies in the branch were great and helped me through the whole process. Many thanks

Good morning, Just to express our sincere gratitude to all the people involved with Dads memorial and cremation at the CoOp team. We were well taken care of, helped immensely with our preparation for the day and the team on the day were excellent guiding us through the whole thing. Sarah and Diane at the Sutton (Mulgrave Road) office were the loveliest, warmest professionals and became like friends to us. They offered us lots of love, compassion and support throughout our journey with them and we can't thank them enough.

Our send off for our lovely Dad was perfect - thanks to Sarah and Diane for ensuring it was so beautiful, seemless and stress free.

Anita (officiant) and her team of pallbearers on the day of Dad's funeral were also wonderful - kind and warm from the offset and very professional and respectful. We couldn't speak more highly of everyone.

Everyone I had any dealings with at Co -op Funeralcare  was  kind helpful,  knowledgeable and sympathetic . 
Special mention for Dianne and Sarah in the office , also the funeral director who was patient and helpful ( sorry I have forgotten her name ) and Adrian who stood in for one of our pallbearers who arrived late .

We couldn’t be happier with the way Mum’s funeral went. From meeting the staff at Coop Funeral Care Sutton initially, right through to the day of the actual service, everything was done to make our difficult time easier and less stressful. All staff showed a high level of care and such attention to detail, and contacted us several times throughout to enquire on our well-being and offer support if needed. Thank you all.
