From the initial meeting with Dianne through to the actual Funeral Service I felt reassured and confident that everything would be OK.
Any questions I had were answered, the Celebrant was amazing. The undertakers on the day were so professional but also approachable. You all made the day as memorable as it was. Thankyou

The service, care and empathy shown from all the staff at Co-Op Funeral Care in Sutton has been exceptional. From the day my father and I booked the funeral plan to when the time came to activate it after his passing. Sarah Merchant has looked after us impeccably, her weekly calls have kept me informed all the way throughout the process and to when he was brought in to their care. I can not fault the professionalism and warmth shown to us throughout such a difficult time, especially when I live some 65 miles away. Julia Hill was the best celebrant for dad’s ceremony, she got him and his essence in an instant and helped to make such a sad day for us a little lighter with her humour and thoughtfulness. Also massive thanks to Anita and her team on the day. Again her empathy eased our emotions and we never felt rushed or hurried - that meant a lot. My fear was that it would just feel like a “conveyer belt” going in and coming out of the crematorium but that was NOT the case. Thank you.
I would not hesitate in recommending Sutton Co-Op Funeral Care to anyone. 
You all did myself and my father proud. Thank you for not only looking after me but him also during that spell in your care.

Ladies who are the staff very kind and caring.

Not impressed that my name and number was being used by Head Office, day after booking my mothers cremation to upsell COOP finance products.

Not the sutton branches fault.

We used the services of the Sutton branch as have had dealings with them before and i cannot thank them enough. From our initial visit with Sarah and also Diane who showed such compassion and empathy. To the contact re order of service as this was all being done leading up to Christmas and the break between Xmas and New Year. The contact on Bank Holiday Monday 2/1 from Amy calling to check how we were and talk through the arrangements for the funeral the following day. When they arrived on the day again so much care and kindness my Dad is 89 and they were all so lovely and kind. After the service Amy and Gareth took us to the wake and the whole process was seamless.

Please pass on our thanks as we couldn't have been more pleased.

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Sarah & Diane at the Sutton branch. They couldn’t have been more helpful & at a time when everything was rather daunting & unfamiliar they made sure everything was as straightforward as it could be. A nice selection of sweets to help ourselves too when we visited aswell!

The Sutton Co-op Funeralcare can not be faulted for the care, consideration and professionalism they showed when dealing with my mums' funeral. The order of service booklets we ordered were excellent also. Their costs were very reasonable without lacking in quality. Sarah & Diane were very professional, warm and knowledgeable.

Brilliant service,  Sutton co-op funeral care provided every thing we needed, after using two different branches within a couple of months of losing both parents we found that they are caring sensitive and helpful with every aspect of planning your funeral.

On behalf of myself, Denise, Kevin and the rest of the family, thank you all so much for the perfect send off for my mother - we are all truly grateful. Everyone thought it was a brilliant service and the “seeds” seemed to be absolutely spot on.
