This team at Sutton are superb. I am tearful while writing this because of the genuine kind effort they made to ensure we and ours that had passed were cared for. I can tell you from the experience of 5 funeral in 4 years with them,that they have been of true support through out and have left us feeling that we have given our nearest and dearest the best send off. Dianne has done 4 funerals for us and Sarah one. We felt as soon as we spoke to them a great weight was taken from us and we could continue to grieve. The whole team were very knowledgeable and professional but everything was done in a caring personal manor. Freddie and Nichole made the whole day run smoothly even with, on the day, last minuet changes. Nothing was too much they just made it happen. Steve the driver (who was with us the longest) attitude and manor were balanced to a 'Tee'. He was quietly there when you needed him.
We congratulate this wonderful team for their vocation and take this opportunity to sincerely thank them from the bottom of our hearts

Exceptional service received from Dianne and Sarah at the Sutton branch. My late Mums funeral was very easy to arrange and Freddie the funeral director ensured it all went smoothly on the day. Would not hesitate to recommend the Sutton branch

The service that the co op offered us was second to none.

The florist they use fantastic .

From start to finish Sarah and Dianne were very friendly and always welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The day before my Dads Funeral, Freddie contacted me and told me what was going to happen on the day. The whole team made a very difficult event much easier to navigate and deal with. They did everything that my Dad wanted, I think he would have been pleased with his ‘ send off’ Thank you.

Diane and Sarah at the Sutton branch of Co-operative Funeral Care have been wonderful not just face to face but also on the telephone. They have responded very quickly to messages that I left and dealt with any queries promptly. The entire experience of arranging our loved ones funeral has been made very easy. This is greatly appreciated at such an emotional time. The day of the funeral ran perfectly and many of those in attendance commented on the high quality of the service and the attention to detail of all the staff. Sutton Coop funeral care really took care of our family during a difficult time. Sarah and Dianne went above and beyond to keep us informed, and meet our wishes. They were professional, but empathetic. You need people like this to get you through. They deserve 5 stars.
Our celebrant, whilst pleasant, was less competent hence the 4 stars.

The whole process from start to finish was so easy and everything truly went smoothly and to plan.

Diane and sarah were amazing with me, they were caring and compassionate and truly did care.

My wife was only just 49 when she passed away and with a 13 year old daughter and 19 year old son things have been hard but diane and sarah really did care.
