I cant thank Albins enough, especially Shirley the manager of the Walworth branch.... Iv had the unfortunate task of burying 2 loved ones in 3 months, & Albins & Shirley in particular have gone beyond to ensure a sad day went snoothly & was as perfect as could be in the circumstances, In event of another sad occasion I would only use Albins, 100% Fantastic service and value for money.

The family of annie henry would like to thank albins of Walworth road and involved team from start to finish....there input to make it so person centred was so reassuring and they achieved this and the warm welcome and support was comforting to annies children..there was nothing else albins could do I the family have used albins before and will continue to so and recommendations to other families and friends have all ready been done and will continue to do so......well done Shirley and danny and team.....thank you for making our mums final day the best.....regards carrie/angela /sally/brian...thank you

Lee and his team were amazing they made everyone feel at ease and couldn't do enough. They even had my mums grandchildren and great grand children walking in front of the hurst to mums final resting place it made them feel very special. Thanks lee and team.

Excellent service from start to finish !! Shirley and the team took the weight off our shoulders, advised us with things we were unsure off. 
And on the day of my husband Tony Houghton funeral, they couldnt help us enough. I'm afraid everything was very much a blur so don't remember all the names of the team, but our driver was brilliant joining in with the banter we were having in the car, and helping make a sad occasion a little happier just like our Tony wouldve. 
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you done for us.
Oh and I think the horses won the bet !!

Albins are the most professional but considerate funeral directors who go that extra mile to make sure the family are looked after and comfortable. At the most awful time for any family Albins make it a little bit easier and lead you through every step with empathy and compassion. Excellent service all round.
