Funeral arrangements with Albins couldnt of been done any better so caring & helpful they listen to what you want to be done & they do it 100% on the day the young man whom looked after me was incredibly caring anything I needed he was on hand to help me I certainly would recommend Albins to my family & friends with the service they so kindly gave me thank you to Scott the funeral arranger & Danny who looked after me on the day xx

We used Albins for our Brothers Funeral they were excellent from the Moment we walked through the door. Caroline guided us through and was so kind and a complete professional we will never forget her kindness ..On the day of the Funeral we had Danny to guide us again his kindness and professionalism shone through in fact the whole Company were wonderful it's all the little touches but they all mean so much Thank you to everyone at F A Albins

Every single member of staff we met whilst arranging the funeral were kind, considerate , thoughtful and caring. Anything you asked of them they were happy to help, any problems that came up they help us solve.

A very professional and warm environment. Caroline was amazing and organised the funeral exactly as we wanted and was always there if we needed to ask anything. The day itself was beautiful as can be with professional staff supporting us all the way through. A celebrant was arranged through Caroline who gave a stunning service. We cannot thank everyone enough.

We couldn't have wanted for better funeral directors. Albins have cared for 2 very good friends of ours who died young from their death until after the funeral. They did it with sensitivity and great skill, which is why my wife wanted to use them for her funeral when she knew she was dying. She would not have been disappointed. They guided us through the process and made all of hers and our wishes reality.

From the first phone call the service they have provided has been exceptional very professional, patient and considerate at such a hard time everything I would have expected without knowing what I was expecting in the haze of grief, the extra beautiful touches like placing a flower outside my dad's door for respect was just beautiful. This was the first time I'm I've had to arrange a funeral by myself I honestly didn't feel alone the pallbearers Owen the priest and Scott you can tell it's more than a job to you I can't thank you enough it's still early days with the grief but I know in the future looking back the service you provided and the day I will hold close to my heart it was a brilliant send off! thanks to you guys

I really would like to commend F A Albin&Sons for the way they received us from Day One and guided us through a very unexpected and difficult time in our lives. The compassion and care they demonstrated was reassuring and they were always available to respond to our many questions, as we had never been through this process before. I would like to especially thank Joanna and Scott for bearing with us and being so kind. This really eased our minds and made a difficult situation less burdensome.They took over the process and what a relief this was to us who were grieving. Thank you to all the lovely staff who worked behind the scenes throughout this period and also on the day of the burial. God bless you all.

When someone dies people say ‘there are no words’ well that also applies when it comes to thanking Simon John and all the team, they are very professional but also have the personal touch. Their reputation speaks volumes for them and they are an integral of the community and are very understanding and when needed give advice and guidance. When you first visit them you know you and your loved ones are in safe hands.

My husband's prepaid funeral plan was delivered with care and understanding.Optimum support was given to me and my family and all our wishes were dealt with with empathy. The funeral service and subsequent burial including requested music were delivered respectfully and in perfect taste. The sincerity of all staff at Albin's was a great comfort. Thank you.
