Right from the start from collecting my husband from home with great dignity ,to the day of the funeral. All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble . They made the day go with great smoothness and calm .

Nothing was any trouble for albins they treated us as if we were family total respect for everyone at albins so professional simply the best also Pauline the celebrant was amazing spoke about Ian as if she knew him all his life very professional made us all at ease talking about him that evening we wanted the best send of for Ian and he got that and more with Pauline and albins

Caroline helped us through the whole process with such warmth and sensitivity. She oversaw everything and ensured it ran smoothly. My Dad got the send off that he and we wanted. We were blown away by all the staff that we came into contact with. We would highly recommend Albins in Rotherhithe.
