My mum passed away unexpectedly. Close family members were going on a long haul holiday and we needed to have the funeral if possible within the week. I called and spoke with ... Simon who straightaway took matters into his hands. We met with Simon at his friendly main office in Bermondsey the following day and in that meeting everything was sorted from choosing the coffin, cars, brochure, singer etc. The service provided was extremely professional. Albins took so much pressure off of us. Every single member of staff were helpful. They gave my Mum the send off she deserved. Albins kept us informed throughout and on the day provided so many extra personal touches. Just one of them being to drive past the pub my parents had ran for 23 years in Bermondsey placing a rose outside. Lee was with us on the day of the funerall and the professionalism continued. Advising and being so caring on the day - everything was perfect and family and friends all commented on this. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you so very much. more

About Us
Built in 1974 on the site of the Old Runge Hall in Culling Road, the F.A. Albin & Sons head office was built to serve the community and has every facility to assist families at the time of bereavement.
The premises are located in close proximity to the public transport system and have allocated spaces for customer parking. Facilities include eight chapels of rest, a large garage to accommodate our modern fleet, a comprehensive mortuary, a museum as well as administration offices.
Also located at Culling Road is F.A. Albin & Sons' memorial garden, which consists of a large number of niches for families to inter the ashes of their loved ones, boulder plaques, wall and vase plaques where flowers can be placed. All remembrance opportunities are open to everyone so you will not be required to retain ashes in order to dedicate a memorial.
Funeral directors Jonathan and Simon Dyer are responsible for the branch and are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm and on Sundays from 10 am to 12 pm. The company operates a 24 hour on call response outside normal working hours.
Our office serves all of the M25 area.
The Albin family first worked as wardens of the Bermondsey cemetery over 200 years ago, to then start serving the community as funeral directors.
