Warmest and sincerest thanks to all the staff at Albins for making our beloved fathers send off such a fitting and poignant tribute. A long and happy life was celebrated with love and laughter. Definitely 5 stars, it seems every last detail is taken care of on a day when obviously you are preoccupied. Everything goes smoothly and there are no niggling minute details to worry about. A superb service.

Albins have done services for both my grandads in the past but I didnt really fully appreciate them at the time but this time round having to deal with them first hand for my mum I can honestly say they went above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish I can't fault them, absolutely amazing service, so kind and compassionate. Can't thank them enough for everything they've done for myself and my family.

From start to finish, the service we received from Simon and the team at Albin and Sons was excellent. They were caring, efficient and understanding and clearly dedicated to delivering the best possible service. Their attention to detail and discretion at all points was particularly welcome. On a personal level, I was supported at a difficult time and felt confident that my Dad's funeral would go just as we wanted. The vicar, who was great, was appropriately briefed as were staff at the Crematorium. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

My brother was only 49 and it is just me and mum who is 80.   The wonderful Jo Branch

had to put up with so much stress from us has we did not have a clue what to do.

Jo I do not know how u stayed so calm and peaceful and advised us through everything

has you know we were just trying to make it a bit different for him and we kept changing 

everything.   We cant thank you enough.

On the day Steve Bailey just took over and me and mum did not have to worry about anything.

Absolutely brilliant!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and showed empathy towards each and everyone of us.
They directed the funeral extremely well and professional and treated my brother with dignity and respect throughout the whole process.
Joanna and the reception staff where excellent and made the organisation of it run smoothly.
Lee the director on the day was outstanding along with the other boys.

We would like to thank all at Albins for all their hard work and dedication.

Albins made the whole process of organising my mums funeral so easy which was a great comfort at such a hard time, they carried out the funeral with great respect and professionalism and gave my mum the send off she deserved.

The service provided by everyone at Albin's has been exceptional throughout and we cannot thank each and every one of them enough, but our special thanks go to Simon and Jon. Simon's calm and professional approach made the funeral arrangement process very straightforward and Jon's contribution in leading the funeral on the actual day was amazing and will never be forgotten. The presentation of the cars and bearers was first-class, and the respect shown to all attendees was outstanding. The family cannot praise you all enough - thankyou so very much!
