Simon and John along with all the staff at F A Albin & Sons could not have done more for us. They are far and above the Excellent rating given. They organised everything we asked for perfectly and with the upmost respect and dignity. The little touches provided whilst my mum was in the Chapel and during the funeral itself added that extra gloss. Their service,advice and care have helped both my brothers and I through what has been a very difficult and deeply emotional period, and we can't thank them enough.

F.A. Albin & Sons were the utmost professionals when dealing with every aspect of our mothers funeral. From the initial visit to the funeral itself, their service has been second to none. Neil at the Mottingham branch was simply amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff on the day were also brilliant, professional and friendly at all times. I could not be more pleased with Albins In dealing with the funeral of my mum on the 1st December. Their professionalism and attitude towards others loved ones was next to none. I use to think they were more expensive than other parlours but they weren’t and I am happy I chose them.

Simon and all the staff at Albins gave our lovely mum the send off she deserved. Their attention to detail on the day , the understanding and compassion they gave us as a family and just the way they all conducted themselves at the funeral were excellent. 
Nothing seemed too much trouble and Simon made sure a very emotional day ran as smoothly as possible.

Everything was handled with sensitivity and kindness, and also patience when the arrival of a group of friends was delayed and I had to ask for the service to start fifteen minutes late! Janet loved a bit of theatre, and I'd arranged a little bit of drama for the casket's entrance and exit, which your people performed to perfection. Many of the people present said it was one of the most moving and memorable services they could recall, and I'm sure a part of that was your handling of it. Thank you.
