The initial appointment with the team was very pleasant and honourable bearing in mind the sensitive nature of the occasion. Joanna was very comforting and talked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had in a professional manner. We were in communication throughout the process either by personal appointment, telephone or email which was very satisfactory as we had questions at different stages of the process. She was very reassuring as were the other office staff. The pallbearers were very dignified and friendly and helped to make the whole process honourable for my later father. I have no reservations in recommending Albins to family, friends an colleagues.

From the moment I called them, on the night dad died, and throughout all my interactions with them, they have been courteous, helpful and professional. They were recommended to us by a family friend who used them five years ago, and I would now thoroughly recommend them too.
