Excellent service every step of the way, very helpful and understanding. Lorenzo was great, he was very caring and kept me informed and helped me through the whole process. The  day before  John the senior director on the day, made sure I knew what to expect and Janine the celebrant, gave a wonderful service just perfect even though we hadn’t met and only spoke on the phone. Everything ran so smoothly.  I would highly recommend H C Grimstead Funeralcare Ruislip.

    Dreadful service. After using a year ago when they were excellent to say they were awful this time I'd an understatement!
    No guidance. Flippant attitude forgetting to order the coffin. Telling ma I could view my MIL but as no coffin she'd be on a tin tray!!!!
    AVOID !!!

    Failed to deliver on the promises contained in the Coop (Gold Plan) brochure. Left my mother at the hospital for approximately 8 days before eventually picking her up. When I went to deliver my mothers burial clothes I was told to deliver to another branch as Ruislip (Coop) branch was unmanned. Still 14 days after her death they had failed to prepare her for viewing; four days before her burial they said I could see her (but hours were restricted). The following day I was informed that I would not be able to see my mother again as the branch, once again, would be unmanned.
    Unfortunately I cannot recommend Grimstead/Coop Funeralcare.
