Found the office staff so helpful when we went to arrange funeral. All phone calls and emails responded to. On day of funeral the staff who attended at church and burial were very professional. I emailed them after the funeral to send the family's thanks and appreciation. Would recommend the Co-op.

We cannot thank Jayne & Michelle enough for the kind, friendly support we received whilst arranging our dear mum’s funeral.
After talking to us they suggested who they felt best to take the service & the Rev.Andrew Bryant was just perfect . Everyone thought the service was wonderful.
They also gave us details of a florist. Amanda listened to our request & the flowers we had exceeded our expectations. Just beautiful.
Also Christopher & his team on the day of mum’s funeral were so kind & caring too.
They were there to support mum’s grandsons carrying her on her final journey.
We thank you all so much. It was all a lovely tribute to our mum.

This is the second time i have had to use Co-op funeral care Romford, sadly in under two years. But I would not have gone to anyone else. Both managers Michelle and Jayne are fabulous and go above and beyond to help in anyway possible and they provide a top class service.

I would not hesitate to recommend this branch and in fact already have!

Many thanks for looking after my Mum and Step Dad and making their final farewells beautiful and special.
