All the staff were very friendly and helpful my brother is now where he should be everyone was helpful even after the long delay of seven weeks whilst we waited for the grave to be opened thank you all for everything

Co-op made things so easy for me in a time of distress. Going above and beyond to make sure my mum had a good send off. When I told them I didn’t want black at the funeral and her favourite colour was yellow, they brought yellow ties. Which enabled my family to wear yellow ties too. Well done! I would definitely recommend.

First of all they had to change the date because the date we had booked wasn’t available, the next day they told us that the coffin we had chosen wasn’t available and we had to chose another (dearer) one. I started to worry then what else would go wrong. On the day of the funeral the director lost the flower cards that he had collected. I bet he didn’t lose the £20 note I gave him as a tip!

Mostly very good but some misunderstanding standino of cost .not happy about no weekend viewing of body.also coffin paint was not completely dry and left paint on pall bearers .
