The service we received from the Co-op following mum’s passing has been truly outstanding. Vicki, Jenny, Christopher and celebrant, Steve made a very sad situation, human centred with nothing but compassion, dignity and professionalism. I felt supported and listened to and would highly recommend this wonderful team. Thank you for making my mum’s funeral service so memorable and special.

We live over 100 miles away and had to organise most stuff over the phone. Jenny was fantastic keeping us updated on procedures. She was extremely helpful and informative. Would totally recommend her.

The service received was compassionate, friendly and very understanding.
Vicky was so helpful getting dads funeral plan transferred from East of England, very patient and kept me informed
Jenny was so helpful when we were making the final arrangement, she was able to guide us in a sensitive way and make us feel at ease. Jenny was also there with me when I went to see dad and lay some objects from the family with him, I was so pleased of her being by my side.
Chris on the day put me at ease as soon as he arrived and made the whole day run perfect, I was so anxious before the Hearst arrived but I felt he was by my side every step of the way. The Harold Hill funeral care made a sad, sad occasion a beautiful memory, we cannot thank them enough

Cannot express how beautiful my husbands funeral was, from when I first went there to meeting the vicar, the funeral director, all the staff that saw to my every need but above all the service was fantastic, would highly recommend the Co-op

Can't fault the service and compassion all the staff showed. It was our mums wish "to go with the Co op" as she used to say and they made every step of the process go smoothly and was always on the end of the phone for any questions we had and carried out all our wishes to the very last detail. This was the first funeral we had to arrange and all of the team at Harold Hill were amazing from start to finish. They gave us lots of support and guidance and were very approachable, helpful and kind throughout.
Our Mum was given the send off she deserved and we would like to thank Vicky and Jenny for all their hard work, support and help through this difficult time. Andrew Bryant, our celebrant, brought our mum's memory to life with love and humour and Christopher and the team for making things run so smoothly on the day.
Family and friends gave such positive feedback on mum's beautiful service. We couldn't have asked for the day to have gone better for her. Thank you.

Vickie and Jenny were excellent any question I had they were answered Jenny sorted out for me picking my mums ashes up 
Altogether a fantastic service they took all the pressure off me
The service was just what the family asked for 
I will use the Co Op again but hopefully not for a long time
